Do you offer returns?
It depends on the type of product!
Returnable: Regular crystals (raw stones, unactivated accessories) that have not been purified, used, and have intact packaging can be applied for within 30 days after receipt.
Non refundable: Customized crystals, purified activated crystals (energy bound), promotional items, crystal fragments, repaired crystals after damage, and crystal jewelry worn close to the body.
We usually offer returns for our bracelets, necklaces, and most crystals within 30 days from the date of delivery of your package (unless otherwise stated in the product page details or purchased during sales/promotions).
All earrings, bath and body products, spray and mists, candles and cleaning tools (sage sticks, incense cones, incense sticks and resins) are final sales and cannot be returned.
How can I initiate the return process?
Log in to the official website account, find the corresponding order, and click “Apply for Return”;
Fill in the reason for return (such as “energy mismatch” or “size mismatch”), upload photos of the product unused and the outer packaging intact;
Customer service will review within 2-3 working days and send the return address and packaging requirements after approval;
Please send it back in its original packaging as required (to avoid damage during transportation), and bear the shipping cost at your own expense;
The warehouse will complete quality inspection within 7-10 working days after receiving the return, and initiate a refund after confirming that there are no errors.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and shipping labels for returning the item to our warehouse.
When do I need to ship the goods back to Energy Muse?
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your package.
Can the shipping fee be refunded?
No, the return shipping fee will be borne by the consumer, and the original order shipping fee will not be refunded (except for quality issues).
Is there a cost for restocking?
Orders exceeding $200 will incur a 10% restocking fee.

If there is a problem with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to correct it in a timely manner.

We suggest that you send the goods back in a padded envelope and insure the package. If the product is lost or stolen during the shipping process, we are not responsible for replacement.
Once your return is accepted, please follow the instructions sent to you via email.

We offer a 90 day crystal warranty service. If your crystal is damaged within 90 days of purchase due to production defects, we will replace the crystal jewelry at once (if the crystal is out of stock, we will replace it with an equivalent crystal).

Please send your artwork photos via email to leeqiqiq77777@gmail.com During this period. Then, we will send you a brand new artwork. Please note that your replacement parts may take 7-10 business days to ship.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.

Once we receive your return and process it, we will refund your original purchase method. Please note that returns do take 3-10 working days to process upon arrival at our factory – they are logged into our system every Thursday.
The refund may take several business days to be reflected in your credit card account. It depends on your financial institution.
